To become a member of our KIDNEY SUPPORT NETWORK is to add your support to a growing number of people who wish to see an improved community for people affected by kidney disease. Membership is open to individuals, groups and organisations who are concerned with or affected by issues relating to kidney disease and kidney transplants.

Membership for the Kidney Support Network is $20.00 annually
